I ordered door dash from Brown's. My kiddo got the burger and I got steak fingers. My child doesn't eat a full meal and she devoured the burger! The steak fingers were probably the best I ever had. They are pounded, battered, and deep fried to perfection. I have never had a steak finger like that. I wont order anything else. Only complaint is maybe a little more gravy for all those fingers. Top notch amazing! Now only if they had a key lime pie, hint hint.
We have never had a bad experience! The food is fabulous and the staff is always friendly. I always recommend this restaurant. I tried the fried fish for the first time, and it was the best!
Great home cooking cafe. Classic breakfast! Gigi our waitress was incredibly kind, happy to be there, and welcoming. Food was quickly served up, and total time from seating to finished eating was 30 minutes.
I chose this restaurant for a quick family brunch. We had a party of 5, we were sat immediately and our drink orders taken. The waitress was amazing and took excellent care of us keeping our drinks filled and checking in to see if we needed anything. The food was excellent! I loved my chicken omelette (I added spinach) I shared my "side of pancakes" which were 3 huge pancakes! Half of us chose from breakfast items and the other half chose lunch items so everyone was happy. The interior is clean and open, it has a good old diner feel but not in a dirty dive kind of way. This place was such a nice little spot, we will definitely visit again soon! It was mentioned to me that Saturdays can be extremely busy.
We had a great experience thanks to our waitress, Margaret! She was incredibly attentive, super friendly, and made sure all of our order was taken care of perfectly. Her attention to detail even though it was busy and warm attitude made our visit extra enjoyable. Our drinks were always and the food was great. It’s not every day you get such great service — thank you, Margaret!
Wife and I stopped in for breakfast. Service was prompt. Food was fast and delicious. Nice clean restaurant/ bathrooms. It is refreshing to see and experience a properly run business firing on all cylinders, it is rare in Waco. You should try this restaurant!
This here place is great!! I had chicken fried chicken and she had the chicken salad and soup. Very very good! I am so glad I didnt want to go to the usual chain. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!!
